Welcome to the Warwick Yoga Center,
Our mission is to provide affordable yoga classes in a friendly, nurturing atmosphere. We offer various yoga styles suited for all levels of ability, with a special focus on the BKS Iyengar Yoga tradition. We are fully equipped – no need to bring mats or props!

Located in the heart of the beautiful Hudson Valley, Warwick Yoga Center first opened its doors in 2007. We are a welcoming yoga community where newcomers, beginners and experienced yogis alike can feel at home. You will find here a peaceful sanctuary that offers respite from the demands and stresses of daily life.

We offer a range of yoga disciplines including vinyasa flow, power yoga, and gentle classes. Our main focus is on Iyengar Yoga, which emphasizes correct body alignment and is beneficial for all physical types - including the most inflexible. Props (ropes, cushions, blankets, blocks, belts, chairs, etc.) are available for added support and stability. Iyengar teachers are trained to give precise corrections. Poses are adapted to meet individual needs.

Private sessions are available. Workshops targeting specific needs (back, knees, shoulders) are offered periodically. Nutritional counseling and healthy cooking classes are also part of our itinerary.

Regular practice improves strength, flexibility and general health. Best of all, it creates a sense of inner peace and serenity.
