Washington St. Bistro

Washington St. Bistro is a Morristown BYOB Bistro with Inspired Colonial Fare. With local ingredients in our dishes and local art & photography on display, we aim to bring the past and the present together in delicious appetizers, entrees, and desserts.

Open since February of 2013, Washington St. Bistro has been refining our menu: keeping guest favorites, and adding new favorites as the seasons, and the local fruits and vegetables, change. We search for top quality local New Jersey ingredients that would have been accessible to the founding fathers, including General George Washington, to create a unique blend of 'then & now'.

We're located right off of the Green in Morristown, NJ, at 23 Washington St. Our sign hangs proudly above our door, swinging back and forth in all weather. Across the street from us is The Famished Frog, and The Grand Café. We are about a 5 minute walk from the Mayo PAC.

Washington St. Bistro offers several Gluten-Free items on all of our menus. We always take reservations, and can host small, private parties/events upon request.

We are open 6 days a week for Dinner (5pm-9pm, -10pm on Fridays and Saturdays), and Tuesday through Friday for Lunch (11am-3pm). We are now open on Sundays through the summer.
