Wat Saginaw/ Wat Lao Thepnimith

Wat Lao Thepnimith is a non-profit charitable and religious institution which is completely dependent on the donations of fellow Buddhists from around the world. Donations are used to pay for all the temple operating expenses, special construction project(s), current building repair/maintenance and the like.
Our mission is to provide a suitable environments for our community to practice the religion of Buddhism and to preserve Lao traditions and cultures. We are committed to serve our community with honor, courtesy and integrity.

Membership is open to anyone seeking a Buddhist Worship and be involved in the Temple. We welcome members, visitors and students from all over the world. The recent completion of the Meditation Hall (SIM) creates a magnificent atmosphere and it is great educational inspiration for all members and visitors alike. In addition to the regularly scheduled religious events, one prominent event at Watlao Thepnimith is the celebration of the Lao New Year which is typically scheduled for the end of April.
