Water Street is a new and exciting restaurant in downtown Charlottesville just off the Downtown Mall. We focus on local, seasonal ingredients from purveyors that have a dedication to producing high-quality ingredients in an environmentally sustainable manner.
Our menu is dynamic and changes weekly, and sometimes daily, and reflects our love of internationally inspired cuisine. Though we source as much as possible locally, our dishes often reflect our time spent in Southeast Asia, the South Pacific, and Europe.
