Our Waterfront Villa is a peaceful, relaxing home with resort amenities. We are minutes to all major freeways, yet the lake provides a quiet retreat from the noise of city life. Walk to stores (including grocery), restaurants & transit.

The property is a 2 bed/2bath, 1650 sq ft, single story waterfront home. A 16' electric pontoon boat is docked directly at the waters edge, on the lower deck of the home. There is no smoking inside, on the outer patio's or on the boat. We do not allow pets.

The Villa is licensed for short term rentals with the state, city under the name R&D Worldwide Ventures, LLC.

The Villa is rented 2 ways-
Private bedroom/bath & share the rest of the home with owners. Continental breakfast is served on your first morning at the Villa when you book the private room.

Entire Villa rental:
We are here to greet you, show you around & answer any questions you might have. We are always a phone call, text message or email away. A Welcome Basket awaits you when booking the entire home.
