We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment. A deposit is required for each pet. Dogs must weigh 40 pounds or less (full-grown weight). *Breed restrictions may apply. See management for pet approval. Pet Deposit (refundable): $200 Pet Fee (non-refundable): $200.
