Watson Lake Inn located just minutes from downtown Prescott, provides spectacular views of the Granite Dells, Mingus Mountain and the San Francisco Peaks in the distance. The log home is currently being refurbished to open in the spring of 2017 to provide our guests a unique culinary experience.
At the Watson Lake Inn, breakfasts, coffee and desserts will feature organic and local foods. We embrace a return to the old ways with whole foods and ancient grains - naturally grown or raised, nutrient-dense and processed-free.
The Inn is also home of The Culinary Academy, the place where you can learn to have fun in the kitchen. Classes are meant to entertain, amuse, and inspire you, giving you confidence no matter what you're cooking up. Our classes cover a world of cuisines and trendy topics.
