FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1) What are the hours?
- The gate opens at 7:30, at which time we will start selling tickets. The doors of the haunted house open at 8:00. The gate closes at 12:00 (midnight), at which point anyone inside the gate can purchase a ticket.

2) How much does it cost to get in?
- The cost for the haunted house is $20.00 CASH per guest.

3) Are you still doing a mini-tour?
- For only $20.00 CASH per guest you can take a mini-tour of the building.

4) What does the mini tour cover?
- The mini tour takes you from floor 2 to floor 5. It's separate from the haunted house.

5) Are the actors allowed to touch guests?
- Absolutely not!

6) Can we take pictures?
- Take as many pictures as you want as you're waiting to get inside. Once you're inside, there's no photography allowed. We actually encourage people to send in fan photos to our Facebook page, as we have an album on here JUST for that!

7) How long does it take to get through the haunted house/mini tour?
it really depends on what's going on in the building & how the groups move.
Also, how fast you can RUN...

8) How many people can I bring?
- As many as you want! The more the scarier...

9) Is (character) part of the haunted house?
- We've tried to cover as many nightmares as possible.

10) Are there strobe lights?
- Yes. If you're epileptic, this will present a problem.

11) Is there an age limit?
We don't suggest anyone under 10 years old. Absolutely NO babies or toddlers. NO one under 7 years old.

12) Which tour is more fun? The mini tour or the haunted house?
- It depends on your preference! We've had people who have an interest in the paranormal take the mini tour and enjoy it every step of the way. We've also had people who preferred the haunt, and come screaming out of the building, looking forward to coming back next year! And we have people that do BOTH...

13) We're coming from (city), are there places to eat around the building?
- Waverly Hills Haunted House is located close to Dixie Highway, which has restaurants for miles going north and south. There's more than plenty of places to eat!
