Group exercise.
From a 30 min class to a 60 min class our programs have been proven over time to deliver seamless workouts that get results.

Objective is to improve strength endurance of the major muscle groups and in doing so burn calories. You will achieve this objective by following the 5 or 10 group exercise class structures.

Knowledge is power!
Our program is the fastest way to get in shape. The research has shown that our program burns on average 473 to 835 calories per class. This includes the excess post-execise oxygen consumption (EPOC) effect. The contribution to caloric expenditure or, quite simply, the calories you continue to burn once the class is completed. On average participants burn 16.7% of fat and 88.3% from carbohydrate supplies. This equals fast results.
