We raise 7 acres of mixed vegetables and sell our farm harvest through our farmstand. The farm produces excellent quality seedlings and food. This year we are growing over 200 varieties of vegetables, flowers and herbs. We began planting seeds in the wood fired greenhouses in February. The Spring season is bursting with vegetable and flower seedlings at Wealden. The farm produces many heirloom varieties and commonly chooses dependable non-hybrid, non genetically modified seed. We also produce our own seed. We take care to manage the land and the business with consideration for the natural and human elements that set it’s pace. We strive to provide neighbors with healthy seedlings and whole food. We work to maintain the farm, open space, a disappearing way of life and rural character so important to the health of our soils, our families and our economy.
