Weathervane Dry Cleaners

Weathervane Dry Cleaners was established in 1949 by Jasper and Virginia Norvell. In April of 1956 they added a shirt laundry service. The Norvell's operated the business for many years before selling to their neighbors, Mac and Carolyn Dixon who also owned and operated Faris Implements. Later that year, in 1987, Pete and Barb Litttle purchased the business. In 2002 my wife Mindy and I purchased the business from Pete and Barb, which was then located at 1146 Wayne Avenue. In 2004 we also purchased the business of Snow White Dry Cleaners located at our current location on Main street. When the economy took a down turn, prior to DHL leaving Clinton County, we unfortunately had to close the original store location on Wayne avenue and consolidate the business to one location on Main Street.
