Weeones Childcare

My name is Nikki Thomason and I provide child care in my home. I am open all shifts for around the clock care. I provide all meals and snacks while your child is in my care.

Rates are based on hours in care and age. I have no set rates, everyone's hours and situation is different. Full time rates average $75 per week.

Early bird rates may apply for early drop offs.

Any child left in my care over 16 hours will be an additional $25.00 to the regular daily rate (unless previous arrangements have been made).

Mother’s day out (drop in) welcome.

Weekend and holiday rates also available!

Overnight children will be charged a $5.00 per hour late fee if not picked up on time!


Due to the low rates charged I can not offer a sibling discount.
Rates will be evaluated yearly in January and may be increased to keep up with the rising costs around us.

Parents will get one week of per 12 month period at no charge. Anything over that will be the regular weekly rate. Parents are paid for holidays at their jobs and effective 11/1/2013 I will be paid for certain holidays regardless of weather your child comes that day or not. I will keep children on these holidays unless notice is given in advance stating otherwise. My paid holidays are:

New Years Eve
New Years Day
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Veteran's day
Thanksgiving
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas Day

Rates are set for either weekly or daily. If your child attends full time or has a set number of days they come per week then you will be charged that amount regardless of them not coming one day. If your child only comes occasionally or the number of times per week changes a lot then you will only be charged for the days they come that week. However, once you tell me they are coming you will be charged weather they come or not. Payment is due the first day of the week your child is here. For example; If your child attends 5 days a week payment for the week is due at drop off Monday. If your child attends Tues., Wed. and Fri. payment is due at drop off on Tues. Certain exceptions may be made in advance for special circumstances.
Occasionally I will have to miss a day for doctors appointments, my children’s activities or an emergency. At this time I have a backup and you will be expected to bring your child just as any other day.






As part of my children’s home schooling we will occasionally go on field trips. If your child is old enough to enjoy the trip I will gladly take them along with us at parents cost. These should be no more than once a month and probably not that often.

All parents should keep in mind that this is my job. As much as I enjoy what I do it is still my income. It is not ok for you to let someone else keep your children for a day just to save you some money and not have to pay me. That would be like your boss telling you that they don't need you today, someone else is going to do your job for free.
