In 1959 Jeannette Lake opened and founded what was then Lake Realty and is now WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Lake Realty. Being a visionary, Jeannette saw a lot of potential in the East Phoenix Valley and decided this was were she wanted to open shop. After that point she never looked back. Since that time, WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Lake Realty has been a leader in real estate and a pioneer in east valley real estate.

In 1994 their son, Tony Vehon took over the office and now serves as the Owner/Broker of the office. The office has had a reputation of excellence in serving the needs of both Buyers and Sellers of real estate. The office has specialized in all phases of residential sales, vacant land and lot sales, manufactured homes on land and investments.

In 2012, we opened our Bullhead City branch office to serve the needs of the real estate community in that City and the surrounding communities. Bullhead City is much like our Gold Canyon location in that it sees a large influx of winter residents trying to escape the cold of the North and Northeast. We feel confident that we will bring a level of service and professionalism second to none to the area. We are proud members of the Area Chamber of Commerce and to be a licensed business within Bullhead City.
