At Weigel Homes Inc. We strive to offer whatever our clients desire, from elaborate pools to small upscale homes. Our 2010 Homes consisted of a handful of Spec housing, One tour home in the 2010 MPBIA Tour of Home and five custom homes ranging from 1040 square feet for an investor in Keizer on 7th Ave, to an elegant 2400 square foot home in Albany on Grace Ave. The 1040 square foot home was built extremely affordable with a simple heating system yet added insulation for energy efficiency. The home in Albany had a large garage/shop area and high end amenities throughout.
