Well-Watered Garden Massage and Wellness is a health based center that puts the focus on the health and wellness of the Client rather than the ailments. Our mission is to educate and facilitate wellness in our community. Here at the Wellness studio, our desire is to educate the entire family about the benefits of massage and the benefits of Natural Health from the prenatal stage to the retirement stage our goal is to guide each individual client in creating a specialized and personal massage and wellness plan to fit their goals and needs to become and remain healthy. Here we will focus on the mind, body and spirit along with physical and environmental issues. We place our focus on the entire body as a complete unit. Every aspect of the body works together when one link is broken or worn the other links will have increased stress placed upon them and eventually will shut down and break. Here at Well-Watered Garden Massage and Wellness each Client is treated with respect and will have an active part in preparing a personal and individualized wellness plan for their specific needs. All treatments are elective and voluntary for the purpose of helping the individual achieve their personal health goals. Here at the studio we believe that each individual is capable of achieving their personal health goals and by being pro-active in the process enables the Client to make decisions that will lead to the ultimate goal of a lifelong lifestyle change and ultimately wellness.
