Wellness Pointe

Wellness Pointe is a multi-practice Federally Qualified Health Center that includes obstetric care, pediatrics, general medicine, family planning, optometry, and dentistry, as well as counseling and treatment for behavioral health and substance abuse. Our services also include education, intervention, and management of many social issues that affect our community. Wellness Pointe accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most all private health insurance, and has Medicaid eligibility workers on-site. The Center also provides reduced cost services to eligible patients.
