Wellsville is a city in Cache County, Utah, United States. The population was 3,432 at the 2010 census, with an estimated population of 3,578 in 2014. It is included in the Logan, Utah-Idaho Metropolitan Statistical Area.GeographyWellsville is on the Eastern side of the Wellsville Mountains.
