Movestrong™ is excited to announce it has expanded to Lake Orion, MI! Movestrong™ partnered with Women’s Excellence to create the first ever satellite facility in Michigan, Women’s Excellence in Wellness Powered by Moverstrong. Mrs. Adrienne Montgomery, Dr. Jeffrey DeClaire and Dr. Jonathan Zaidan partnered together to offer a unique fitness experience for Movestrong™ clients, Women’s Excellence patients, and the Lake Orion community.

Dr. Jonathan Zaidan has been providing excellent care to women in the metro Detroit area for many years. Dr. Zaidan believes in a comprehensive approach to women’s health and is happy to be able to provide complete care for his patients and the community with the addition of our wellness facility.

Women’s Excellence in Wellness Powered by Movestrong™ offers group fitness classes, weight management programs, personal training and nutritional consultations for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. WEmovestrong was created to teach individuals proper form and technique in a fun non-intimidating environment. We focus on proper mechanics in order to reduce injury and increase results.
