Wendy's Club FIT is a gym which combines elements of High Intensity Interval Training, Exercise Stacking as well as Active Rest periods. It's unlike the big box gyms and aerobic studios. Wendy's Club FIT's nutrition & workouts are designed to shed your unwanted body fat in the shortest amount of time possible while giving you maximum results under the supervision of the most qualified personal trainers. Every time you walk through the door you are under the supervision of a certified trainer; unlike big box gyms where you basically rent the use of their equipment. Your nutrition and workout routine are monitored by professionals.
