West EMS

Located in West, Texas, West Volunteer Ambulance Association Inc., dba West EMS, provides 24/7 Emergency Medical Serices to the cities of West, Leroy, Ross, & Gholson along with 400 square miles of northern McLennan county. West EMS is registered with the IRS as a 501-C3 Not-For-Profit organization. West EMS has 4 BLS/MICU (Paramedic) capable ambulances, 1 medical equipped RTV, 1 special services trailer, and over 40 volunteer EMT's and Paramedics. All of our ambulances have 12 lead defibrillator/monitors, end-tidal capnography, EZ IO, and are stocked with the latest life support equipment. We do stand-bys for events in our response area.
