This page is for those who are looking for a place to rent/lease all leases are 12 month leases unless we make an exception for certain circumstances. We do ask for a $35.00 Application fee. The prices range from $400.00 - $800.00 a month with a deposit. We will work with any person interested in renting a place to an extent. We strive to make it a safe peaceful and fun place to live.
