Pet Policy:
We allow cats and dogs and our community is very pet friendly! Pet deposit is $300 plus a $150 non refundable pet fee for the 1st pet and $300 for the 2nd pet. Pet Rent $15/month per pet. Limit 2 pets per apartment. There are no weight restrictions but breed restrictions do apply, please call for details.
