Marine Recruiting Sub-Station West Omaha is well-oiled machine that focuses on leadership and development. First and foremost we are here to locate, train and mentor those fine Americans that will continue to fight its nation battles abroad as a United States Marines. We will demand everything you have at all times both physically and mentally. We stand as the gatekeepers to our beloved Corps and ensure only the best have the opportunity to enter its ranks. We expect commitment in the highest form and from that we will begin to mold young men and women into the most efficient and effective human beings on the planet. We accept no excuses and have no room for drama. The West Omaha mantra is “Die First, Then Quit” which embodies our mentality that if you are breathing push forward and do not give up on yourself and even more importantly don’t give up on your brothers and sisters to your left and right.
