Western Tidewater Community Services Board

Western Tidewater CSB provides an array of services designed to assist individuals in need of mental health and/or substance abuse services as well as residential, day support and case management services for the intellectually disabled.

We listen to our communities and continuously develop services accordingly. Recent innovations include:
- An integrated care clinic at our Godwin Boulevard location
- Strong African American families - support for parents and children
- Mentoring Programs
- Gang Intervention
- Outpatient Medical Detoxification
- Mobile Counseling
- Life Management Program which serves 16-25 year olds experiencing a first episode of psychosis
