GETTING STARTED:
If you are new to CrossFit, please email us at ben@westridgecrossfit.com. From there, we can schedule a time to meet, introduce you to the movements of CrossFit, and get you started with normally scheduled classes. On ramp is usually 3-5 classes depending on confidence level.
If you’ve done CrossFit before, or are just visiting, come to any of our scheduled classes, sign a waiver, and jump right in.
