Wheat State CrossFit is striving to be the best fitness community in Wichita.
We offer group fitness classes 6 days a week, where we focus on general physical fitness and personal well being. In the gym, expect to perform movements ranging from sit ups to squats, olympic lifts, running, or jumping rope. We also work on flexibility, nutrition, and well being in the rest of your life.
Our barbell club is focused on one thing: power- moving large loads long distances quickly. We used the olympic lifts and accessory movements to develop strength and power. Cardiovascular components are not stressed in this class.
