Whispering Pines - tranquil mid-century modern cabin getaway

Whispering Pines is a very unique 2-part artisan A-frame cabin and adjoining 3-story knotty-pine loft that is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac within the exclusive Country Club community of Pinetop. The property is nestled up against the National forest of Navajo County and surrounded by many beautiful Ponderosa pines. You will be instantly relaxed and inspired as soon as you walk outside and on to one of the 4 multi-level decks, hearing only the sounds of pine trees blowing in the breeze or the bubbling waterfall koi pond out back.
The A-frame cabin has a well-appointed private bedroom downstairs with queen size pillow-top bed, hotel-quality pillows and duvet-covered comforter. There is an upstairs semi-private sleeping loft with reading nook and balcony. An adjoining sunroom on the 1st floor has a sofa bed for extra sleeping options and looks out over the national forest. The bathroom has an open shower with skylight and plenty of storage, counter space, a hair dryer and toiletries. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home including Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans and dishware. Central heating and a wood-pellet stove will keep you warm in the winter. Soaking in the private Jacuzzi on the main deck while listening to your favorite music through the surround sound speakers and gazing at the stars will certainly set the tone for a tranquil and romantic evening. But, if staying in is what you choose, we have unique books, board games and a flat screen TV with Direct TV satellite, Internet or Blu-Ray player to keep you entertained.
The 3-story knotty-pined loft cabin adjoins the A-frame cabin through a 2-car garage downstairs and an upstairs deck. The architecture of the loft embraces nature and art through multiple windows, a 3-story cathedral ceiling, additional star-gazing loft with telescope and 2nd sleeping loft. A comfortable king size pillow-top bed with hotel quality pillows and duvet-covered comforter adorn the room. Natural light is abundant in this space, so it is ideal for inspiring artists, writers or anyone looking for a sunny open floorplan to relax and unwind. There is a fully appointed bathroom with open shower, radiant heat and greenhouse window. A kitchenette/wet bar houses a sink, small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker.
Whispering Pines is within close proximity to four seasons of activities including skiing, kayaking, fishing, birding, biking and hiking. Informational materials about nearby activities and area restaurants are available to you in the cabin.
