White Plains Center For Nursing Care

The White Plains Center for Nursing Care is a short term rehabilitation and nursing care facility providing top quality care for our residents. We are a small, compassionate 88 bed facility located just outside downtown White Plains in a quiet residential area. Our convenient location allows easy accessibility for family members and friends to visit loved ones on a regular basis. Here at WPCNC, we encourage family involvement which is why we offer unique and extremely convenient visitation hours.

Due to our smaller size, we have a very "homey" atmosphere where our staff members recognize each resident by name. Our staff is very knowledgeable in their fields and stand ready at any moment to tend to the needs of our residents. We take pride in our five star rating from the Medicare Quality Assurance Evaluation. WPCNC also offers unique care services such as Diapulse wound care and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN). We have expert physicians, nurse practitioners, a skilled nursing staff, & experienced therapists that work closely with our residents to develop a plan of treatment, fine-tuned to each individual’s specific needs. Our Registered Dietitian ensures each of our residents are fully satisfied with their custom daily meals, served in our bright, spacious dining areas or in the individual rooms if desired. Our in-house licensed Social Worker meets with every resident along with their families within their first few days of arrival in order to develop a care plan, outlining future goals.

We offer both private and shared rooms for our residents, assigned according to availability. Each resident has the option to have their very own television and telephone. We have a superb theraputic recreation department that is constantly planning exciting events for our residents. No question or concern ever goes unanswered as it is our goal at WPCNC to make our residents feel at home regardless of whether they are here for short term rehabilitation or long term care.
