Ayurvedic wisdom is profound, deep, and potentially life-changing and yet so simple. Ultimately, Ayurveda is a scientific system of self-healing, and its effectiveness is based entirely on the extent of your dedication to making healthful life decisions and changes.

During your Initial Ayurveda Consultation appointment, I will spend approximately 1.5 to 2 hours with you. Using Ayurvedic Diagnosis including Tongue, Pulse, Sound, Skin, Hair, Nail, Eyes, Sound Diagnosis and a Questionnaire, I determine an understanding of your states of health and wellness. Using this information, I create a personalized treatment plan specifically for you to receive during the follow-up consultation.
