Why Not Cafe

In early 2016, the Winkler family purchased an old, abandoned house in West Fork's historic business district on a corner known as "The Four-Way."

After months of renovation that focused on aesthetics and energy efficiency, a new locally-owned small business was born. The name reflects our philosophy: "Why Not?"

Our mission is to provide the town with a modern, comfortable environment where a sense of community can thrive. Our aim is to sell healthy, quality, affordable fare that accommodates diverse tastes and nutritional requirements...sorry, no burgers or fries!

Additionally, we sell a selection of merchandise that appeals to "Bohemian" tastes, including women's fashions, jewelry, and unique and funky gift items. Local art is always on display, and we keep a guitar in the dining room, just in case.
