From the time you call me I start working for you, I will do everything I can to schedule you within 3 days. At the end of the inspection I will: provide you with a hard copy of the home inspection report, I will also provide digital copies of the report, I will allow time for you to ask any questions you may have, I will not rush you out of the home, I will explain the defects I have found in the preceding 3-5 hrs that I have been inspecting the home, I will explain the level of concern that should be applied to the issues. It's important that all home buyer be aware, NO home is perfect, every issue can be resolved. Again I work your YOU my customer! I'm always available.
