Wide Eyes Open Palms

Wide Eyes Open Palms, AKA WeOp, is the entity that produces the #popupcoffeeshopLB, #backyardbrunchLB and a variety of other coffee, food and queer-centric events. The driving force behind this vision is Kat Laukat and Angie Evans. We are learning by doing and growing (organically, of course) our dream of creating a brick and mortar establishment in Long Beach that serves the kind of food we love, the quality coffee experience we crave and the broader social context that we believe will change the world. We source as locally as possible, with integrity and seasonality being key.
We also love a good party and would love to share our culinary gifts with your family, friends or co-workers through catering and private pop-up coffee shops at your next gathering.
