We take every precaution to ensure that each order is kept separate. The meat you pick up will be your meat.
The condition of your meat delivered to us determines the yield after processing.
When field dressing, make sure you do not break the bladder.
Please do not cut off shanks as we use them to assist in hanging in cold storage.
Any bloodshot meat will be discarded.
We ask that all orders be picked up seven (7) days after notification.
