Wild Ginger Provo

Wild Ginger restaurant has opened its doors and Provo now has a pleasing addition to central University Avenue. Located in the blocks between the beautiful library and the new bank buildings it will be Provo’s only restaurant that offers a variety of Asian foods. Fresh and delicious sushi, as well as wholesome American Chinese food, and authentic Chinese meals that will tempt your taste buds are all on the menu. The restaurant boasts a Japanese chef who is fun to watch, a beautiful new sushi bar and high step chairs and tables for socializing while sharing a wide variety of sushi plates. The restaurant has a Chinese chef who was trained in central China's prestigious Jiangsu Cooking School. After graduation he had ten years experience in making and preparing well liked Beijing dishes. Then he came to the United States where his twenty years of experience as head chef in restaurants and hotels in New York, Texas, and Las Vegas has proved to produce Jiangsu that draws American tastes to his table. For example, he is an expert at preparing—dry pot shrimp, dry pot fish fillet, and dry pot ribs. May we suggest walnut-shrimp or succulent lamb or beef cooked with cumin flavored onion greens. He has an authentic Asian twist including deserts that round out his menu. Parties and meetings are welcome with space for up to 60 persons. Come and enjoy!
