Identity Counseling Psychology PLLC is a private practice in Ann Arbor, MI. The mission of the practice is to facilitate human growth and development.

The belief of the practice is that there are three basic areas that dictate human wellness:

- The human mind (brain, understanding cognition and thoughts)
- The human body (physical health and the body’s response to what it’s exposed to)
- Human relationships (how we go about relating to others around us)

Though these areas of human wellness are distinct, they are also interwoven. Within each of these exists a spirituality, or a compass, that we are trying to tap into. The idea is to be in tune with each of these areas spiritually, in order to live a more fully integrated fulfilling life.
