The Williamson County Archives is a department of the Williamson County Government. The Archives serves as the official repository for Williamson County Government permanent records.
In addition to providing access to county records, the Archives maintains a museum filled with objects and artifacts highlighting Williamson County's rich heritage.
There is something for everyone in our museum from Civil War artifacts and quilts to farm equipment and hand-crafted furniture.
In 2013 the building was dedicated, the Louise G. Lynch Archives and Museum, in honor of the first County Archivist.
