Willows Edge Hair studio is a family owned and operated Hair Salon, run by a Mother/Daughter team with over 40 years experience combined. Lets meet the team!

Tammy Calhoun: Tammy is the "Momma" of the shop as well as the Mother of her co-owner Emily. Tammy has been a Cosmetologist of the Southern end for 37 years, graduating from Empire Beauty school in 1978. She has owned and operated previous salons in the 80's 90's and early 2000's located in the Southern end of Lancaster County. Tammy took some time away from the business working mainly part time to raise her two Daughters Emily and Jessi. Today, Tammy is very excited to continue growing in the business, with hopes of one day passing it on to her Daughter!

Emily Van Aulen: Emily is newer to the business than her mother. Graduating in 2010 from Empire Beauty School she has 5 years of actual salon experience, but has been around the business her entire life. Growing up; Emily always knew she would follow in her mothers footsteps, she had a love for the business very early on. In High school Emily joined the "art world", excelling in mainly ceramics. She brought home 2 National Gold medals for her ceramic art. Emily briefly considered turning her artwork into a career but it all brought her right back to her love for Cosmetology and making people feel great about themselves! Today Emily is happily married to her high school sweetheart Joey and the two have a beautiful Daughter Jemma. She continues her artwork but focuses it mainly on her cosmetology career. Emily is very excited to start "Willows Edge Hair Studio" with her Mother, and can not wait for what the future holds!

Here at Willows Edge Hair Studio our main focus is to provide quality service at a more economical price for todays world.

We remain up to date on all the latest hair cuts, styles and coloring techniques. including: multi color, and ombre. As well as continuing knowledge of older styles and services such as roller sets and perming.

At this time we are open Tuesday - Saturday by appointment only with walk-ins welcome on Wednesdays from 10:00-4:00
