Cool Little Studio Condo available for rent in Summit Village at Shanty Creek Resort. This Condo has a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa and sleeps four. Unit has a kitchenette with two burner cook top, small fridge, sink, coffee maker and table with four chairs. Kitchenette also has dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and utensils. Single Bathroom with combo tub/shower. Condo guests have access by key card to the indoor pool and hot tub over looking the slopes at the Lakeview Hotel right next door.

Shanty Creek Resort has two ski areas, Summit Mountain is right across the street from the Condo or Schuss Mountain is a short shuttle ride away.

For Golfers, there are six golf courses in the vicinity. Four Courses are part of the resort and two more right just off the resort property.

Summertime guest have access to use the beach property over on Lake Bellaire. The beach area has a covered pavilion with picnic tables, a swim area, a nice community beach house and for boaters, there are mooring buoys available. Lake Bellaire is part of the Elk River Chain of Lakes Watershed. Boaters can navigate from Lake Bellaire, through Clam Lake, into Torch Lake and down into Elk Lake.
