The central purpose of the Windham Regional Career Center is to provide learning experiences that ensure graduates have the skills, knowledge and competency to successfully participate in the global workforce. We promote the right of all learners to a free and accessible public education which is fundamental to a democratic society.

We develop life long learners capable of productive advocacy of their rights as workers, who recognize their responsibilities as employees, and who are engaged in their economic, civic, and career development.
