Winneconne Area Community Foundation

• "The purpose of the Winneconne Area Community Foundation ("WACF") shall be to provide a vehicle for donors in Winneconne, to support, financially or otherwise, any causes, projects or endeavors that will support the Winneconne and Surrounding Area. The "Winneconne Area" shall include those communities within the Winneconne Area School District or other surrounding communities as determined appropriate by the WACF Board. WACF has established an endowment component fund (the "Fund") within the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation ("OACF") to receive contributions, gifts or bequests from any person or entity for this purpose. WACF shall also allow other funds with similar purpose to be placed under its name and shall assist such funds and related organizations as the WACF Board sees fit, so long as such activities carry out the purpose of the WACF."
