Initiative 1 - Losing to Win exists to decrease Childhood obesity amongst teenagers: One hour WOD, plus one hour of homework mixed with special talks on nutrition and healthy lifestyle.

One student is $50.00 per month. One student is $600.00 per year.
To cover all 10 students the total cost is $500.00 per month and $6,000.00 per year.

Initiative 2 - Josh Sullivan after school program exists to Increase the graduation rate for at least 10 At-Risk high School students: This is an annual event on November 19 each year to raise funds and awareness for the Josh Sullivan after school program at the Winnersville Community Center. Consist’s of one hour WOD, and also one hour of tutoring and completing homework.

Initiative 3 - Rapid Readers exists to increase the number of W G Nunn 1st grade students reading at their grade level or above. This is a summer program.

COST approximately - $3000.00 per year

Initiative 4 - Health and Wellness seminars exists to educate the community on proper nutrition, well as ways to stay active and healthy.

Initiative 5 - Thanksgiving meals for families at the Pines Family Campus. We will provide a full thanksgiving dinner for all 24 families stay at the Pines for a one year rehabilitation program.

Initiative 6 - Christmas at the Pines Family Campus. We will provide a $25 gift card for all 24 Moms at the Pines. We will also provide a pair of shoes, a shirt, a pair of pants, and one toy for every child at the Pines (usually around 65 kids).

Initiative 7 - Benefit WOD’s. These are annual events to raise funds and awareness different organizations and individuals. James Eunice WOD, Battle The Blazers, Burpees For Addison, Josh Sullivan WOD . . .

Initiative 8 - Community Service projects. We will be involved with numerous community service projects on a regular basis throughout our community.

Initiative 9 - Back to School Back Packs. We will provide a minimum of 250 students at JL Newborn with new back packs at the beginning of each school year.

Initiative 10 - Indoor Rock Climbing. Exists to provide kids and families an exciting after school program as well as become the host hot spot for teens and families to gather for fun events, activities and programs.

Initiative 11 - Community Groups - Exists to encourage a growing relationship with Jesus, disciple new Christ followers and to connect members of Winnersville Community together.
