Winters Leadership Memorial

The Winters Leadership Memorial committee was formed to raise funds for Ephrata’s Veterans’ Plaza and its centerpiece, the Winters Leadership Memorial. The purpose of the plaza and memorial is to honor and remember all veterans and the sacrifices they make for us. Having completed the plaza, the committee continues to support this mission by hosting a monthly lecture series, an annual luminary tribute along the Winters Memorial Trail, educating area students, and sponsoring other local veterans groups and events.
