Winthrop Terrace Apartments

Thank you for your interest in our community. Our one bedrooms start at $590.00 and our two bedrooms one bath start at $690.00. We also have two bedroom two baths that start at $700.00. This pricing reflects a year lease; there are shorter leases available but they come at a higher cost.
The rent price includes your gas heat, gas hot water, water/sewer, and trash pick-up, shuttle to campus, basic cable, and high speed internet. You are only responsible for your electric which includes your lights, outlets, and a/c. I currently live on one of our properties in a two bedroom one bath and my electric usually ranges from $20.00-$30.00, so electric definitely is something that can be controlled but, the cost varies with usage. The apartment homes do not come furnished.
We do not allow pets on our south property (unless it is a service animal); however we do allow cats at our north property. The cost for a pet cat is $250.00 non-refundable pet fee and $25.00 added to each month’s rental payment.
You do not need to set up an appointment to view a two bedroom / two bath apartment.
Our office hours are M-F 9:00-5:00 and Sat/Sun by appointment only. Our security deposit starts at $300.00, that price is per apartment not per person. We do base approval of applications on monthly income; which will need to be verified. Rent should be a third of your monthly income. If you do not make the required income amount you can either have a co-signer or pay the first and last two months’ rent on move in day. There is a non-refundable application fee of $35.00. We run names through a background database to make sure there are no previous evictions, we look at past criminal history, and check your current credit. Please also note that if you are a student we do require a co-signer.
