My Philosophy:
We all have blocks – triggers and wounds that are held in the body – in the exploration of those wounds, there is healing, from the wisdom within you.
By using meditation, breathing techniques, a combination of supported or assisted yoga poses, guided imagery, and elements of contemporary body/mind psychology, we will explore how self-directed movement and guided yoga postures can employ the wisdom of the body as a pathway to awareness. With empowered choice, you may get in touch with your inner voice to reconnect with what your body, mind, and heart are telling you in the present moment.
