Phil Waisanen has been teaching the guitar and bass guitar for 14 years to any skill level, any style with ages varying from 7 to 72 in addition to touring and playing with various Philadelphia based acts. After a decade plus of teaching and two decades of playing Phil has developed a keen sense of identifying and focusing on student needs and a real world approach to music, playing, performing, recording and more.

Phil has taught many students through the popular Philadelphia based music chain George's music starting in 2001 and expanding to offer in home lessons as well.

In 2010 Phil established Wisemenmusic LLC and reached the high point of his teaching base with a roster of 60 plus students of all ages, styles, and skill levels private contracting his services and operating from his own studio.

In 2015 Phil Waisanen and Wisemenmusic LLC has relocated to the Forest City/Browndale area of Pennsylvania and looks forward to serving the community's needs for professional music instruction and more.
