CrossFit is defined by constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. It is my goal to increase your knowledge behind weight lifting, cardio, and gymnastic movements. I stress form and technique and break down all the movements so you can perform them safely. Then women's class is welcome to women of all ages and skills. The class is geared for beginners to crossfit. It is my goal to help you move more and with more efficiency. We love new members and we always have a good time!
Classes are:
Mon/Wed @ 10am -child care offered
Tue/Thurs 5pm and 7pm
