Women's Workout and Fitness Center was founded in Norfolk, Virginia in 1989 for women to have their own space to workout in a relaxed environment and enjoy regular exercise. We were created for women, by women.

Since then, we have served thousands of women in the Hampton Roads area as a full-service fitness center helping women accomplish their goals. Whether it be to tone, loose, or build muscle, our certified professionals will be right by your side to monitor your progress. We tailor to our ladies' interests: group and aqua aerobics classes, child care center, pool, sauna and the latest state-of-the-art equipment. We work with you to develop a workout plan that is completely individualized and tailored to your needs.
