Woodard's Adult Day Health Center

Woodard's Adult Day Health Center provides many Adult Day Care services in Shallotte, NC. Though we don’t offer 24 hour living accommodations, our professionals provide assistance with day-to-day activities, transportation, and medication administration.

The relaxed atmosphere here promotes socialization through daily activities, games, and field trips. Our facility includes a large open area, an activity room, an exercise room, a computer center, and a beauty salon. We also host monthly birthday parties, family and friends days, and other special events. We feature registered nurses on staff, and provide short-term respite care to meet the needs of your loved one.
