Woodhaven empowers individuals to achieve independence and be active members of their community through two types of programs:

Community Living - We believe that when given the right supports, individuals with developmental disabilities don't just survive, they thrive. Our supported living services are designed to help these men and women build skills and live independent, fulfilling lives as members of the community they love.

Community Connections - The individuals with developmental disabilities we support are constantly learning new skills, developing relationships and working toward achieving their dreams by participating in a wide variety of events and activities. Our Community Connections program provides additional activities on weekdays for those who do not work during the day.

These experiences are important to every individual we support. By spending time in their communities and getting to know their neighbors, they are altering attitudes and changing the face of ability, one person at a time.
