We have on site rehabilitation services provided by our own staff. Our Rehabilitation Department assists our residents in achieving their maximum potential. Our approach to rehabilitation combines clinical expertise including multi-discipline therapy professionals teamed with our experienced skilled nursing staff. Each member of our interdisciplinary team contributes to the well-being and care of our residents.

Woods Edge Pointe offers male and female specific unit for residents with cognitive impairments. Our units provide the nursing care and involvement for each resident and their family that is needed. Our unit is self-contained and offers space for dining and recreational programs, as well as living areas that encourage socialization. Our goal is to maintain an environment that is structured yet maximizes independence.
